All prices are based on the use of client supplied, READY TO PRINT FILES, with a production schedule of no less than 2 full working days. The 2-day production window does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays or billable computer time required for project renderings. If a project is to be produced in 1 full day add 25% to the unit price per sign. If a turnaround of less than 24 hours is required to produce a project, please add 50% to the unit cost. Morris Brothers reserves the right to decline projects of less than 24 hours if the production time request cannot be met.

Creative work, (initial rendering, editing of supplied files, color corrections, etc.); will be billed separately at $80 per hour in quarter-hour increments. Morris Brothers will provide the client with an estimated time for initial set of renderings.

Morris Brothers requires no less than 1.5 business days to create the initial creative for each project set. Larger jobs may require more time; Morris Brothers will inform client when this is necessary. The creative/rendering process begins only when Morris Brothers receives the clients' full packet of information needed to complete the initial creative rendering. This is not to be confused with the theme of the project. If your job requires multiple orders for the same delivery date, all information for all orders must be submitted together.

After initial rendering of the project, each subsequent rendering needed will require no less than 4 hours during the business day to resubmit new renderings, via email in Acrobat *.pdf format. Only after project renderings are finalized and approved, does the 2-day production period begin.

Production time does not include 3rd party shipping time or time required to deliver the job to a site within midtown Manhattan.
